Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation timeframe and conditions specified below. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the course administration office.
Cancellation:
Cancellation requests received more than 30 days before the course start date will be eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee of 50 AED.
Cancellation requests received between 15 to 30 days before the course start date will be eligible for a 75% refund of the course fee.
Cancellation requests received between 7 to 14 days before the course start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
Cancellation requests received less than 7 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.
Change:
Participants may request to change to a different course session.
Change requests received more than 30 days before the course start date will incur a 10% administrative fee.
Change requests received between 15 to 30 days before the course start date will incur a 25% administrative fee.
Change requests received less than 15 days before the course start date will not be eligible for any refund or change.
Refund Decision:
Refund decisions will be made based on the date the written request is received by the course administration office.
The course administration office will review each refund request and communicate the decision within 7 business days.
Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the refund decision.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during registration.
Participants will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
