Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation timeframe and conditions specified below. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the course administration office.

Cancellation:

  • Cancellation requests received more than 30 days before the course start date will be eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee of 50 AED.
  • Cancellation requests received between 15 to 30 days before the course start date will be eligible for a 75% refund of the course fee.
  • Cancellation requests received between 7 to 14 days before the course start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
  • Cancellation requests received less than 7 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.

Change:

  • Participants may request to change to a different course session.
  • Change requests received more than 30 days before the course start date will incur a 10% administrative fee.
  • Change requests received between 15 to 30 days before the course start date will incur a 25% administrative fee.
  • Change requests received less than 15 days before the course start date will not be eligible for any refund or change.

Refund Decision:

  • Refund decisions will be made based on the date the written request is received by the course administration office.
  • The course administration office will review each refund request and communicate the decision within 7 business days.

Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the refund decision.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during registration.
  • Participants will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
